¡Se venía venir! Neobux dejara de pagar por Payza

Otra terrible noticia para los usuarios de la plataforma Neobux. Una de las paginas PTC más famosas del mundo, que lleva más de 10 años permitiéndole a las personas poder ganar dinero por Internet, Neobux dejara de usar Payza para cancelar a sus usuarios las ganancias percibidas en su plataforma.

No es para menos, después del gran escándalo en el que se vio envuelto Payza semanas atrás, si no te habías enterado puedes entrar a la noticia desde aquí:

¿Por qué Neobux dejara de pagar por PayPal?

A raíz de esta noticia Neobux había tomado la decisión de parar la compra de paquetes publicitarios dentro de su plataforma desde el Procesador de Pagos Payza, pero esa decisión escalo y ahora la plataforma decidió cortar todo tipo de relación con Payza.

Esta decisión se tomo como medida de protección a sus usuarios, pues aunque Payza permite a los usuarios retirar su dinero de la plataforma ningún usuario ha recibido el dinero donde lo solicito.

Este es el comunicado oficial de la Administración de Neobux:

After disabling Payza purchases a few days ago we have, after a long consideration, disabled cashouts using Payza as well.

At this moment Payza is not available as a payment processor.

While we understand that it was very important for users to get paid using Payza, either because it’s their preference or either because they were bound to it due to point 5.1 of our Terms of Service, there have been lots of reports that Payza, while allowing withdraws of users balances, has failed to deliver those transfers and has been delaying it indefinitely.
While there are scattered reports of those that say they receive a payment, there’s only a few and none actually proven true.

While this was a difficult decision due to the fact that we’re imposing something against our users’ wishes, the decision was made to protect our users from losing money they could have transferred to Payza and, most likely, never getting it back.

We gave it a few days to see how this would unfold but too many days have passed without any official statement and not a single reply to our requests for updates on this on Payza’s end.

While few used Payza, some of those few are now stuck with Payza in terms of regulations as explained in point 5.1 of our Terms of Service. While we were able to, at our own expense and legal responsibility, waive that rule for PayPal we cannot do that a second time as that would be considered a crime in the eyes of regulators. While there’s more than enough reasons to stop using Payza, regulators only see either black or white and wouldn’t care about the reason itself.

At the moment we’re looking at 3 different payment processors to see if at least one meets our requirements for stability, trustfulness, security, and wide array of options. This selection process is very important since we want to give you nothing but an excellent new payment processor. Hopefully we can get at least one of those but we’re being selective as we feel that’s crucial.

For the few users that are stuck with Payza regarding point 5.1 of our Terms of Service, you can either use Skrill or Neteller for purchases right now or you can wait for a new payment processor if you have the time to see if it suits you best.

Again, this was a hard decision for us since we’ve always been about paying all of our users by any means necessary but we see no other option that would protect our users against what’s happening (or in this case not happening) inside Payza as sending money to a Payza account currently looks like throwing money away. This might change in the future but it doesn’t look that way and it’s our responsibility not to let this happen.

Once we have selected a payment processor and have it at least ready for purchases we’ll properly announce it.

We’ll be removing everything related to Payza from the site within the next few days.

Básicamente dice lo mismo que comentábamos arriba, añadiendo que se encuentran estudiando 3 procesadores de pago diferentes y esperan que por lo menos uno cumpla con los requisitos estabilidad, confiabilidad, seguridad y otras características que Neobux exige.

También el comunicado dice que en los próximos días Neobux eliminara todo lo relacionado con Payza de su plataforma.

¿Cómo podré retirar mi saldo de Neobux?

No es la primera vez que Neobux decide cortar relaciones con un procesador de pago, algo similar sucedió en el 2017 con PayPal, claro que para ese entonces uno de los procesadores de respaldo fue Payza.

Sin embargo Neobux sigue teniendo soporte de Procesadores cómo Neteller y Skrill.

¿Debemos preocuparnos por esta decisión?

Si bien todo este asunto de Payza es un golpe duro, desde ZonaDolares.com no creemos que haya que preocuparse.

Personalmente esperamos que uno de los otros Procesadores de pago que añada Neobux sea Uphold para poder proceder a retirar el saldo atrapado en al plataforma.

Incluso la plataforma AirTM seria bastante atractiva como procesador de pago, aunque desde ella de igual manera podemos cambiar nuestro saldo de Neteller o Skrill, supondría un ahorro de comisiones ser pagados directamente desde la plataforma.

Además de permitir a usuarios que en su país no manejen el dólar o el euro como método de pago poder recibir sus ganancias de Neobux en moneda nacional.
